RAD Model
Whenever the application has to
be delivered within short span (60-90days) the management team will select this
RAD Model.
From the existing project the
development team imports the components into the present application and
delivers the project to the client after testing (Developer + Testing Team) the
application.
When to choose: When time period
is less.
Disadvantage: This model is not
preferable.
